Velora Snap, the operator of VELORA, is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Data we collect

Organisers: name, email, WhatsApp number, city, profile photo, login details and the events they create. Guests: uploaded photos, their size and type, and an anonymous one-way fingerprint used to prevent spam. All users: usage data, device information and IP address.

Why we use it

To create accounts and provide galleries (contract), to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), to send notifications you enable (consent), and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Hosting and storage providers; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of packages, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your account or gallery is active, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. You can delete any photo or event at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us through the Contact page.

Security

Photos are kept in private storage and shown only through short-lived links. We use encryption and access controls to protect data.
