Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Velora Snap, the operator of VELORA. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

VELORA provides shared photo galleries for weddings and events, accessed by guests through a link or QR code, within the limits of the package you choose.

Your content

Guests keep the rights to the photos they upload and grant the event organiser permission to display and download them within the gallery. You grant Velora Snap a limited licence to store and process this content only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping). Only upload photos you have the right to share.

Ownership

Velora Snap retains ownership of the service and its software, documentation and branding.

Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of important photos.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
